The Flowers Whiting Initiative, in collaboration with Counselors in the Community and CareFirst, is hosting a Pardon Assistance & Expungement Clinic on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, from 12 PM – 4 PM at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, 3201 Tioga Pkwy, Ste. W, Baltimore, MD 21215.

This clinic is designed to support returning citizens and individuals impacted by the justice system by providing direct access to legal experts and community resources. Participants will receive guidance on how to begin the pardon application process, explore options for expungement, and connect with reentry support services.

Who Should Attend:

• Returning Citizens interested in learning how to get their records cleared or start a pardon application.

• Legal Organizations, Law Firms, and Reentry Service Providers willing to provide direct legal and reentry services.
